Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and growth.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, including detailed notes and treatment plans that comply with professional and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular communication with clients to schedule appointments, manage caseloads, and provide follow-up care, ensuring accessibility and continuity of services.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to develop treatment strategies and share best practices, enhancing the collective expertise and effectiveness of the team.

• Utilize a billing service to ensure smooth management of client accounts, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing the focus to remain on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, helping them navigate various challenges including mental health disorders and substance use issues. Understanding and addressing a variety of clinical presentations will be essential as you tailor your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a focus on mental health and substance abuse.

• Must hold a valid and independent LCSW license in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
