Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy for clients across diverse backgrounds and age groups, developing tailored therapeutic plans to address their unique needs.

• Ensure timely documentation of all client interactions, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, utilizing efficient calendar systems to ensure accessibility for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, updating therapeutic techniques and strategies based on the latest evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline operations, including the use of a billing service that manages claims and client account activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including individuals and couples, presenting with various clinical presentations such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in providing effective treatment strategies that promote mental health and resilience, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current LCSW licensure, allowing for independent practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism, including clear therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency in client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently navigate client schedules and administrative responsibilities.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
