Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized individual and couples therapy sessions for clients of all ages, tailoring approaches to meet their specific mental health needs.

• Efficiently manage caseload by maintaining accurate and timely records, including session notes and client documentation.

• Coordinate client scheduling, ensuring your calendar reflects ongoing appointments and any necessary follow-up sessions.

• Utilize a dedicated billing service for efficient claims management, insurance communications, and client accounts receivable.
\n
• Demonstrate a wide range of therapeutic techniques to address various clinical presentations, enhancing treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and couples grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and trauma. Our clients appreciate a collaborative approach, and your ability to build and maintain rapport will be vital in guiding them toward achieving their wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Showcase professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency in all interactions.

• Self-motivated and well-organized, with effective time-management skills to meet the demands of a full-time caseload.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate client availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and contributions. Additional benefits include:
