Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients from various age groups and backgrounds, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage your own caseload, scheduling ongoing appointments and effectively updating your calendar to maximize client engagement and service delivery.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to foster a positive workplace, sharing insights and developing strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Utilize our billing service to handle administrative aspects of therapy, including checking clients’ insurance benefits, setting up payment plans, and managing accounts receivable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that ranges from children to adults, many of whom are experiencing varied clinical presentations such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. Your therapeutic skills will contribute significantly to their healing process, guiding them toward healthier coping strategies and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia is required for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation as a W2 employee, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
