You will work primarily in a remote setting, providing both virtual therapy sessions and limited in-office consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to articulate clients' mental health issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Provide individualized therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to specific client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and track therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Offer a teletherapy option for clients who prefer online sessions or are facing obstacles accessing in-person care, ensuring flexibility in your therapeutic approach.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, employing electronic health records (EHR) software for efficiency.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and online training to deepen your clinical expertise and stay abreast of new methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, alongside a relevant master’s degree or a doctoral degree.
