Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate patients' needs and guiding relevant treatment interventions.

• Design individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches tailored to the unique experiences of the patient.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at educating patients on coping strategies and providing them with peer support.

• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver consistent and coordinated treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention to patients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
