Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, fostering professional development and enhancing clinical competencies.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and strengths.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to support client progress.

• Offer crisis intervention and management services, ensuring clients receive immediate support and resources during critical situations.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with diverse populations, including families and individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them navigate complex issues such as homelessness, trauma-related stress, and substance abuse. Your understanding of addiction and its intersection with mental health will play a crucial role in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with current knowledge of state regulations and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health services, including crisis management and clinical support.
\n
• Deep understanding of addiction issues and their implications for psychotherapy, as well as experience with trauma, PTSD, and related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Restore Marriage and Family Therapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
