Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still offering the chance to collaborate with a highly skilled team of mental health professionals. Although our clinical meetings are conducted virtually, we maintain a culture of connectedness. Our team operates through a community health clinic model, prioritizing accessibility and community engagement. We adapt our schedules – generally Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM – based on client needs, ensuring that our services are tailored to support those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create customized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other clinically recognized modalities, to facilitate clients' progress.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to ensure the protection of our clients' information.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at refining therapeutic approaches and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and resources, empowering them with knowledge that can assist in their healing journeys.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments and clinical practices within the mental health field to ensure the provision of the highest-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Ability to implement solution-based psychotherapy interventions, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client, thereby providing personalized care.
