Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' needs, strengths, and challenges to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for students, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Work collaboratively with educators and school staff to implement proactive mental health strategies and interventions that enhance student support systems.

• Keep meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including regular supervision and training, to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Advocate for students' mental health needs by collaborating with external service providers and community resources.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse student population, addressing the unique mental health needs of children and adolescents in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, specifically emphasizing clinical practice.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
