Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to identify strengths and challenges, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and therapeutic support to clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plan adjustments, and assessment outcomes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and communicate client progress.

• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
