Kenrick Corporation is one of the Rochester area's leading property management companies, providing professional management services for condominiums, townhomes, apartments, office buildings, and commercial properties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing financial operations team.
What You'll Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include
- Process accounts payable invoices and deposits for client properties.
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Monitor property budgets and spending activity.
- Support collection efforts for delinquent accounts following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the financial operations team to provide outstanding client service.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications include:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a successful team.
