Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ health by conducting thorough health assessments and physical examinations to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to provide timely treatment solutions, utilizing data to inform clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with medical professionals across various disciplines to craft and implement comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans that respect individual needs and preferences.
• Prescribe necessary medications, ensuring adherence to protocols that enhance patient safety and treatment efficacy.
• Deliver impactful health education and counseling to patients and families, aiming to promote health literacy and empower patients in their journey towards wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner, showcasing your capability in patient assessment and management.

Compensation and Benefits
