Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients and their families in a supportive healthcare setting. The work schedule typically runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of extended hours for evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Weekend participation in community outreach events and health fairs is expected as part of our commitment to community engagement. On average, you will work approximately 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, identifying both acute and chronic healthcare needs.
• Diagnosing and managing various medical conditions, providing preventive care, and promoting health education tailored to patient circumstances.
• Collaborating with various community organizations to develop and implement effective health education programs that empower patients.
• Delivering culturally sensitive care while actively advocating for patients’ rights and equitable access to healthcare services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
