This full-time, onsite position offers a comprehensive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients across various settings, ensuring all medical needs are addressed effectively.
• Obtain detailed medical, physical, and psycho-social histories from patients and perform thorough health assessments, including physical examinations tailored to age and medical history.
• Conduct age-appropriate preventive screening procedures and identify potential health issues before they develop further.
• Utilize clinical data and patient history to formulate differential diagnoses, leading to effective treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized patient education plans, empowering patients to take an active role in their health management.
• Prescribe and manage both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, with specialization in Adult or Family Practice preferred.
