Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality patient care aligned with national and community standards by performing thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will cater to a diverse patient population, including adults with chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive care needs. The focus is primarily on outpatient clinical medicine, requiring an understanding of age-specific healthcare practices and the ability to address both physical and emotional aspects of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current New York State certification and registration as a Family, Adult, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• AANP Board Certification is essential.
• A DEA license is required, enabling the prescription of medications.

• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding is preferred to facilitate accurate billing and reporting.

Preferred Experience
