Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, which may include diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations to deduce client needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while continuously adapting strategies based on client progress.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client information and ensure accountability.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, contributing to a holistic treatment approach and leveraging diverse expertise.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at elevating the standard of care and enhancing your own clinical skills, ensuring you stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is essential, reflecting your commitment to professional standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in applying various therapeutic interventions, particularly solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, to effectively address client needs.
