Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, identifying immediate and long-term therapeutic objectives.

• Lead therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up consultations, adjusting treatment plans based on demonstrated outcomes and evolving needs.

• Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes, employing this information to refine therapeutic techniques and improve overall treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous education by staying informed on the latest research, treatment methods, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, which includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential recognized in Pennsylvania.
