Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Texas while being an integral part of our community-focused clinic. The work schedule is primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs. You will utilize various digital communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless care delivery and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient's unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n
