Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, conjoint, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.

• Develop, document, and update individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with therapeutic goals established in collaboration with clients.

• Manage a caseload of clients with diverse psychological needs, applying advanced clinical skills to navigate complex situations and deliver effective interventions.

• Utilize clinical expertise to address crisis situations and adapt therapy strategies as necessary, ensuring each client receives responsive and effective care.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with evolving needs and objectives.

• Provide educational and supportive resources to clients and their families to enhance understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires working with a diverse client population facing a wide spectrum of psychological issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. A strong emphasis is placed on understanding each client's individual circumstances, strengths, and goals, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers them on their journey to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for this role.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, showcasing proficiency in providing counseling services, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
