Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office, offering services to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, utilizing evidence-based practices in a hands-on, compassionate manner.
• Establish individualized treatment plans that include a variety of therapeutic methods such as exercise, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes to ensure goals are met, adjusting plans as necessary based on patient needs and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to educate them about treatment modalities and assistive devices that support patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge by participating in educational workshops, studying professional publications, and engaging with professional networks.
• Recommend and fit assistive devices when appropriate to enhance patient self-care and mobility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with computer systems for record-keeping and patient documentation.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, capable of handling the dynamic needs of the clinic.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates will be considered.
• Familiarity with rehabilitative technologies and therapeutic techniques specific to outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits
