Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday through Friday, providing a structured 40-hour work week that promotes work-life balance while ensuring you deliver consistent and quality care to your patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy sessions that incorporate various techniques aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat conditions across specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by demonstrating empathy, listening actively, and providing clear information regarding treatment plans.
• Engage proactively with your team to enhance patient outcomes utilizing collaborative care strategies.
• Deliver consistent and skilled therapeutic interventions, either in the clinic or as needed, at the patient's home, ensuring alignment with physician-approved plans.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, empowering them through knowledge of self-care and home exercise programs.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals while contributing to overall clinic performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with an outpatient demographic featuring a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and age-related physical limitations. Our focus on personalized care means that you will be encouraged to engage deeply with each patient's unique circumstances, building therapeutic alliances that motivate them toward recovery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in computer applications relevant to healthcare, including electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to establish rapport and foster strong relationships with patients, driving them to realize their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge in evidence-based practices and a willingness to learn and adapt innovative treatment approaches.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
