Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to establish tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions for a wide array of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Deliver expert care both in the clinic and through home visits, focusing on rehabilitation techniques that align with physician guidelines and create measurable outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment modalities while regularly engaging in interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and recovery strategies to empower them throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and interventions in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
