Work Environment

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position is located in our outpatient office, where you will work directly with patients in a hands-on treatment setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical condition, movements, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at achieving optimal health outcomes and restoring functionality.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to various patient needs, demonstrating strong clinical reasoning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction with patients resonates with empathy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will work with a varied patient demographic, treating individuals dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills conducive to effective patient interaction.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills relevant to clinical documentation and reporting.
• Ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with patients, encouraging them to achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is highly desirable, though a Bachelor's degree will suffice for qualifying applicants.
• Experience providing care in diverse settings or special populations is beneficial.
• Current CPR Certificate is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
