Work Environment

This role is based in our outpatient office, where you will interact directly with patients in an engaging and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs to design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs aimed at achieving their specific recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote independence and a proactive approach to their health.
• Use specialized treatment modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patients' physical function.
• Document all services provided using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia, with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
