Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Implement and administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities based on evidence-based practice and physician directives.
• Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
• Educate and train patients as well as their caregivers, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their conditions effectively.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, modifying intervention strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Proficient in word processing and computer applications, enabling effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience
