Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, reviewing patient history and performing necessary assessments to formulate an individualized treatment plan.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment objectives to both patients and their families, engaging them actively in goal-setting for optimal outcomes.
• Implement treatment protocols with precision, adapting methods based on each patient's progress, unique presentation, and evolving healthcare landscape.
• Consult with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed, promptly documenting any changes in patient conditions requiring adjustments to care plans.
• Manage discharge planning and ensure thorough follow-up care; appropriately document each patient's progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain efficiency in managing your schedule, meeting productivity expectations while also engaging in community outreach and marketing activities to promote our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals by complying with all governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Take initiative for ongoing professional development, pursuing continuing education opportunities to enhance individual and organizational competency.
• Serve as a clinical instructor for students, fostering the next generation of physical therapy professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
