Your Role Awaits

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Guarantee patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while explaining each phase with patience and empathy
• Engage in collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure precise and trustworthy diagnostic images
• Manage, operate, and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately document examinations and maintain comprehensive patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging practices and techniques

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certification Requirements

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is also preferred
