Vice President of Sales and Marketing

To lead global revenue growth and market expansion, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales and Marketing will manage worldwide sales, marketing, and sales operations for a business exceeding $280 million in annual revenue. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver global revenue performance including quarterly and annual bookings and growth objectives Develop and execute worldwide sales and go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth across various markets Build and inspire a high-performing global organization through talent recruitment, development, and retention Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions sales 7+ years of executive-level leadership experience managing senior sales leaders Proven ability to lead and scale global organizations across diverse geographies and cultures Demonstrated success in developing growth strategies for technology companies, scaling revenue from approximately $300M to $1B+ Experience with transitioning business models from hardware-centric to recurring revenue and SaaS-based solutions is highly preferred
