Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Colorado. You will lead employee relations, manage performance concerns, investigations, and ensure fair, compliant outcomes while partnering with leaders. This role focuses on accommodations and leave programs, policy interpretation, and risk management.
