Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, strengths, and challenges, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address those areas.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that create a community atmosphere for patients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring coordinated care that encompasses both therapeutic and medical interventions for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
