Group Sales Manager

Group Sales Manager Starwood Hotels is a luxury hotel brand management company and affiliate of Starwood Capital Group. We are seeking a magnetic Group Sales Manager with a sharp entrepreneurial spirit, natural at relationship building, and a proven track record in selling and team engagement. Responsibilities Lead all activities related to group and catering sales function and revenue generation from all sales territories. Build long‑term, value‑based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Drive personal booking goals and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize profitability and deliver impeccable guest experiences. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hospitality sales experience, preferably within the luxury market. Post‑secondary diploma or degree related to hospitality or business. Strong leadership, selling, and communication skills. Proven achievements in guest and team member engagement, financial performance, and sales attainment. Expertise in Group Sales and ability to build lasting client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication.
