Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks, including:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, fostering trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular follow-up sessions with clients to review their progress, stability, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Designing, implementing, and continually monitoring person-centered treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs.

• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation including progress notes and treatment history for each client.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and treatment readiness.

Qualifications\n

The minimum qualifications for this role include:
