Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at one of Baltimore's premier independent, chef-driven seafood restaurants. Working alongside an accomplished Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will run daily line operations, enforce scratch-cooking standards, and lead a high-volume BOH crew.

We welcome applications from experienced Sous Chefs, Chefs de Cuisine, or elite Lead Line Cooks ready to step up.

What We Seek:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Environment: Proven success in high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchens (chef-driven, upscale-casual, or seafood concepts preferred).
  • Kitchen Skills: Direct experience managing ordering, inventory tracking, and shift food costs.
  • Schedule: Full flexibility for a primarily dinner-focused schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
