This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional work-life balance. Our telehealth model enables you to conduct sessions using a secure, user-friendly digital platform, ensuring client confidentiality and accessibility. We offer structured schedules, with full-time positions requiring availability Monday through Friday for eight-hour shifts, and part-time roles accommodating personalized scheduling with no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through thorough examinations, ensuring the provision of individualized therapy strategies to support their mental health journeys.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing your insights to create comprehensive care plans while ensuring consistent communication about client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training, keeping abreast with the latest advancements and research in mental health care.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, with no restrictions on practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven ability to collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure.
