Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that address the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, with focused attention on individual sessions to foster deeper understanding and healing.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively treat a range of issues including family conflicts, grief and loss, communication difficulties, job stress, and more.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to formulate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Staying informed about advancements in mental health practices to continually enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals of all ages, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as:

\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
