The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with designated hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, ensuring cohesive care for our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patient conditions, utilizing clinical examinations and patient history to create tailored rehabilitation plans.Implement evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training aimed at restoring movement and alleviating pain.Guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, adapting interventions based on progress and feedback.Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and post-treatment care, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to maintain their recovery.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and fitness professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. The diverse patient population ranges from active athletes to individuals seeking relief from chronic pain, providing a dynamic environment for practice. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will be instrumental in helping each patient achieve their personal health and mobility goals.QualificationsMaster's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and an understanding of advanced rehabilitation methods.Experience with EMR systems, ideally WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and care.A clean licensure history with no prior board actions is required.Preferred ExperienceExperience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Familiarity with patient education and community outreach initiatives.Participation in continuing education courses related to orthopedic physical therapy.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
