Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Brilliant Hope Recovery Center, you will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at enhancing client well-being and ensuring successful treatment outcomes:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, offering guidance and support as they complete their clinical training.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to deliver holistic care and connect clients to essential community resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in mental health treatment to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
