Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Devise, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and, when appropriate, facilitate group therapy to foster community support and shared experiences.

• Regularly monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive and inclusive therapy methods.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to cultivate rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technological tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
