Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions while completing notes promptly to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
\n
• Utilize our billing service for efficient management of client accounts, claims processing, and patient billing inquiries.
\n
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining a well-organized calendar to optimize your schedule and accessibility.
\n
• Effectively handle a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic strategies to meet the evolving needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, and couple dyads. Your focus will be on creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel valued and heard. By building therapeutic relationships, you will facilitate growth and recovery, contributing to better mental health outcomes and improvements in overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
\n
• Independent LCSW licensure in New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism with excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.
\n
• Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

• Availability to work full-time, with a commitment to at least 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, significant training and/or experience in working with couples and providing relationship counseling will be highly considered. We encourage candidates who are eager to expand their skill set and stay abreast of best practices in therapy to apply, as we value continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to opportunities for bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation paired with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
