Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing a range of evaluation tools and methodologies to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build supportive relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
