Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Horizon Heal, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' therapeutic needs and backgrounds.

• Facilitating therapy sessions using our telehealth platform to ensure engaging and effective client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client demographic you will serve primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults facing manageable mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship difficulties, weight management issues, and the need for grief counseling. Our platform does not engage with children or individuals presenting severe mental health issues, allowing you to focus on clients who match your expertise.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, Full Independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions against it.
\n
• Strong digital literacy and a reliable internet connection to facilitate online therapy sessions effectively.

• Access to a working phone and personal PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience is not mandatory, candidates with prior telehealth experience or those who have worked with similar patient populations will find themselves well-prepared for this role. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth tools will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
