Here, you'll find not just a job, but an opportunity to grow your career in a deeply rewarding environment!Position DetailsFull-TimeLocations: Culver City and Van NuysKey ResponsibilitiesProvide individual/family field-based clinical services and/or office-based treatment to children, adolescents and adults with a range of psychological, emotional and behavioral problems.Provide case management/community outreach services, which may include interfacing with community psychiatric hospitals, Department of Family and Children Services (DCFS), Department of Mental Health (DMH) school officials, law enforcement, and others as appropriate.Participate in weekly individual supervision, group supervision and any other supervision as indicated by supervisor and/or program director.Maintain client information in a confidential manner.Maintain client charts in a responsible manner and meet all paperwork deadlines requirements.Maintain productivity rate at required Agency standards.Arrange work schedule of required hours to the benefit of the clients.QualificationsRegistered with the BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, LMFT, and LCSW in the State of California.Minimum one year experience working with multiple-issue families (e.g. unemployment, poverty, substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence or abuse).Commitment to providing clinic, school or home based services to multi-cultural population.Fluency in Spanish highly preferred.Valid California Driver's License.Must be insurable with agency's insurance company for driving.BenefitsThe Help Group offers wonderful training opportunities, a supportive, professional work environment, and great benefits, including:Sign On Bonus: $5,000 – OP - BBS Registered Therapist$2,500 – Reach - BBS Registered TherapistSupervision towards licensureWe offer Evidence Based Practices (EBP)We count EBP Certificates towards overall salaryOpportunity to earn productivity bonusesInsurance plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - options for 100% employer sponsored plans403b Retirement Plan529 College Savings PlanEmployee Assistance Program through United HealthcareFlexible Spending AccountVacation and Sick LeaveBenefit Hub - Employee Rewards and IncentivesPet Insurance
