Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions in a virtual setting, adhering to best practices and incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in every session to gauge patient engagement and therapy effectiveness.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with company policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, onboarding, and terminating patients.
\n
• Attend weekly in-person consultations to enhance clinical skills and contribute actively to team learning.
\n
• Provide supervision for associates, cultivating a nurturing environment for less experienced clinicians.

Qualifications\n
