Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients during video-based sessions, ensuring each individual's social, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

  Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations, gathering critical patient medical information, health history, and conducting mental status examinations.

  Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral health treatment plans while evaluating the efficacy of mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions.

  Maintain accurate and confidential records of sensitive patient information, including assessment results and treatment documentation, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues, leading to improved patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  A valid state license as an LMFT , LPCC , or LCSW is essential.

  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to foster clear and open dialogue with patients and team members.

  A commitment to ongoing education, staying updated with evidence-based psychosocial interventions relevant for effective therapy.

  Proficiency in electronic clinical systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure efficient documentation and data management.

  Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish and English, are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

  At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably with a focus on remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to facilitate your transition into our team.
