Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure online platforms, fostering an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality.

• Assess client needs through thorough evaluations and intake assessments, ensuring tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients, helping them identify personal objectives and develop actionable strategies for achieving them.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients through emotional difficulties.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maintain effectiveness and relevance to their evolving needs.

• Document all sessions and client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards for mental health professionals.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and supervision to stay abreast of best practices and recent developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. The licensed mental health counselor will be instrumental in guiding clients through these challenges, fostering coping strategies, and promoting emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficient in conducting therapy through virtual platforms, with a familiarity of digital tools and technology that facilitate client engagement and privacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
