Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, tailored to each client's unique treatment plan.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and providing effective case management services.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage support to students in immediate distress, ensuring timely access to appropriate care, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and support for each student’s holistic development.

• Organize and facilitate outreach activities aimed at promoting wellness initiatives, educating the community about mental health matters, and reducing stigma around seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents in Pennsylvania, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
