Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and to formulate tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering rapport and establishing effective therapeutic connections remotely.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion to understand and support clients’ unique experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively coordinate therapy sessions and maintain comprehensive client records.
