Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to discern clients' needs, identify challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy during one-on-one, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering a platform for patients to discuss mental health topics and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure a holistic and coordinated care approach for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support, responding effectively during mental health emergencies, and helping clients navigate through their immediate needs.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, relevant treatment options, and available local resources that contribute to their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches is essential.

• Proven experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years working in a clinical setting with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and comfort in delivering services virtually.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational workshops is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
