Corporate Attorney

To support a growing practice, the full-time M&A Corporate Attorney will manage private-company corporate transactions, focusing on emerging companies and venture capital, with options for remote work or office presence across various U.S. locations. Key responsibilities: Assist with private-company corporate transactions, including M&A and ECVC matters Develop and manage client relationships while contributing to business development efforts Collaborate with a distributed team using advanced technology to ensure seamless communication and workflow Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience at an AmLaw 200 firm Experience in private-company corporate transactions is required Familiarity with emerging companies and venture capital practices is preferred but not mandatory Strong business development skills and client management experience Willingness to work in a flexible environment that prioritizes work-life balance
