Home Health Referral & Community Liaison
Nova Hospice
The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing/Referral Development professional to build relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners in Georgia. You will drive referrals, educate patients and families, and support admissions and clinical teams across our home health and hospice network. Two years of healthcare marketing or referral experience is preferred.
